Day 6  - July 4  : Saga to Paryang (285 kms, 7-8 hrs drive)

We started early and drove through the famed Tibetan Plateau (“Roof of the World”), through the land of grazing yaks and sheep, past the village of Drongba, crossing through valleys and sand hills before reaching Paryang (14,499 ft) by early evening. Throughout the day we were at 15,000 ft altitude. We had lunch on the way and stayed overnight in guesthouse.
